Pure Vanity Beauty Bar strives for total excellence in every service provided. In order to maintain this level of excellence, there are certain policy requirements we expect our clients to adhere to.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone that presents a negative impact or threat to the brand or any staff member.

Children are not allowed unless being serviced.
Cancellation/Late/Reschedule Policy:
There is a 5 minute grace period. If a client is more than 5 minutes late the client will need to reschedule. It is at the responsibility of the client to call Prue Vanity within the first 5 minutes of being late to request an additional grace period of 5 min. Client then is required to be inside the salon (not in the parking lot and not in the lobby) by the 10 min mark. If client is not inside the salon by the 10 min mark client will be required to reschedule. If the client is late 3 times in a row without notifying Pure Vanity prior to their appointment client will be put on an appointment restriction meaning they are either on a walk-in only status (availability not guaranteed) or be required to pay for service at the time of appointment for the next 365 days. Clients are responsible for canceling their appointment if they are not going to show. If a client does a no call no show 3 times in a row the client will be put on a walk-in only status or be required to pay for service at the time of appointment for the next 365 days. If client is late after 5 min grace period or does a no call no show to prepaid appointment that payment is nonrefundable and will not be credited for a future appointment. Client will still be obligated to prepay for each appointment made until the end of their 365 day appointment restriction. Restriction will reset if the client is late past the grace period or does a no call no show within the restriction time. Client must have a full 365 days with no "No call, No shows" to regain regular appointment status. Clients that reschedule "day of" or same service appointment more than 3 times in a row will also be placed on a 365 day prepayment required to book status. And that current appointment will be canceled.
These Clients will be blocked from the ability to schedule online and will need to call and prepay for appointments in full before appointment will be scheduled. If for some reason client is able to bypass the website block and makes an appointment it will be canceled and deposit will not be refunded. In the case you need to reschedule be aware that you have up to 12 hours prior to the appointment time to reschedule before your deposit will be forfeited. At which time you will be required to pay an additional deposit to schedule another appointment.
If client has trouble logging in or is unable to see the appointment under the orders tab in their profile, within the same time frame, via text or email, client may request a reschedule in order to not forfeit deposit. It is the clients responsibility to contact Pure Vanity with a screenshot showing that the appointment is not visible or they where unable to login, making sure the time stamp is in the screenshot, and include the day and time client is wanting to reschedule. Client must have check to ensure that the new day and time being requested is available on the site, and ensure new day and time is in the reschedule request email/text.
First time guest and Groupon voucher discount policy:
All first time guest receiving a Brazilian wax service does so at a discount rate on their first appointment. Clients only receive this discount once and are not eligible for any other 1st time guest discounts unless otherwise authorized by management. Clients that purchase Groupon vouchers have limited scheduling availability (Tuesday's Only) and will be allowed the use of the voucher once and only on their very first visit to the salon. If a client repurchases a Groupon voucher it will not be honored. Discounts can not be combined and clients will only be allowed to redeem their 1 st time guest or a Groupon discount voucher once and on the 1st appointment, not both and not combined. Groupon vouchers can not be used on the Vagacial package service. Brazilian wax Groupon vouchers will only be excepted on a clients first visit. These discounts are not valid on walk-in/same day appointments. An appointment must be made to utilize the discount. If you are a 1st time guest and are granted a same day appointment you forfeit any future use of the 1st time guest discount or the use of the Groupon due to the fact that they are for 1st time guest only and you will no longer be a 1st time guest. Do not attempt to enter the Groupon voucher code in hopes to bypass the booking deposit you will receive an error code and will not be able to proceed with completing the booking.

Makeup Application Policy:
Makeup clients are required to show up with a freshly washed face. Skin needs to be free of any and all communicable irritations. If a communicable irritation is present the client will be asked to reschedule.

Waxing Policy:
All wax clients need to ensure that hair is long enough to wax (1/4 inch) before booking an appointment or client will be asked to reschedule. Wax clients who are on any type of blood thinning medication oral or topical will not be allowed to get waxed until cleared by a health care professional. If the client fails to inform staff of these contradictions Pure Vanity will not be held responsible or liable for any irritation or damage to the client. Skin needs to be free of any an all communicable irritations. If a communicable irritation is present the client will be asked to reschedule. If a communicable irritation is discovered while service is being performed staff member will be required to stop service and have client reschedule their appointment. If the client is on her menstrual cycle she can still be wax as long as the client has on a fresh new tampon. If a client starts their menstrual cycle in the middle of the service staff member will stop service immediately to allow the client to put a tampon on. If the client doesn't have a tampon the client will be required to reschedule the appointment. Clients may not have additional people in the wax room while being serviced unless it is a child 12 years or younger. All clients receiving waxing services of private areas must be 17 years of age or older. Piercing must be removed from area being wax prior to wax service appointment.

Vagacial/Buttgacial Packages & Spa Services Policy:
Groupon vouchers are not valued for use with these services.

Service/Product Sales Policy:
Products cannot be returned once they have been opened no exceptions.
If a service is completed in its entirety the client is responsible for payment of that service no matter the circumstance. Any exceptions have to be approved by management. Clients are required to inform staff of any allergies prior to service or product purchase. Clients are encouraged to please read product ingredients (located in product info under each product) and asks any questions about products or services prior to making a purchase. Pure Vanity will not be held responsible for any skin irritation from products or services after purchase has been completed.
Deposit Policy:
In the case where there is a deposit required client needs to be sure they choose the right services and ensure that they want those services provided due to the fact that all deposit are nonrefundable. Deposits will not be refunded under any condition. Deposits will not be refunded in the case you choose the wrong service or add on an addiction service that is already included in the service you are getting, so be sure you know what is included in the service option you choose. And in the case where you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and can not be serviced or are a no show your deposit will not be refunded or transferred over to another appointment for rescheduling. A new deposit will be required to book the rescheduled appointment. Deposits will not be transferred over to another appointment in the case that you decide to cancel the appointment.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCE OF THE CLIENT.

Same Day Appointments Policy:
Pure Vanity offers same day appointments when there is availability. Groupons's (valid for 1st time guest only) will not be valid for use on same day appointments. Same day appointments also void any future use of a Groupon because they are for 1st time guest only and the client will no longer be considered a 1st time guest. For a client wishing to get a same day appointment the client is recommended to opt out of the
Groupon option as well as its use and request to be seen as a 1st time guest, and if an appointment is available the client can be scheduled for a same day appointment.
Referral Policy:
For every 3 guests referred to Pure Vanity that receives services the client that refers them will receive a 50% discount on their next visit. There is an unlimited amount of times a client can receive this discount.
Loyalty/Birthday Rewards Program Policy
Every completed service appointment (This includes wax, spa, and makeup services) receives one stamp. Every 5th stamp earns the client 50% off their next wax service appointment. In order to be awarded loyalty reward stamps it is the clients responsibility to provide their loyalty rewards stamp card at the end of their visit. Once the loyalty reward card is filled client will then bring the completed loyalty reward card to the next service visit to be awarded 50% off their wax service. Client will then receive a new loyalty rewards card in order to start the process over. Stamps are awarded for wax services, spa services, and make up services. (Discount is only valid on wax services and is only applied to a single service. If client is receiving multiple wax services, discount will be applied to service that has the highest retail value. Makeup application, products, and spa services are excluded from discount.) If Client forgets to bring loyalty reward card to appointment Pure Vanity is not held responsible for the missed stamp. Clients will only receive award stamps when card is present and stamps will not be backdated. If client loses loyalty reward card client will then be eligible to receive a new empty card and start over. Loyalty reward cards will not be replaced under any circumstances however, clients will receive a new card if needed. Cards can not be combined and stamps must collectively be on one card to receive the 50% discount (unless approved my management).

The Birthday reward discount is awarded to return clients during the month of their birthday and grants client a 15% discount on one wax or spa service. (Not valid on Makeup services or products and can not be combined with any other discount. Birthday discount is not valid for use for those who are first time guest.) Clients must register through the website to be eligible for birthday reward discount or client will not be eligible to utilize this discount. Discount does not transfer over and if not used during birthday month will be deemed as invalid. Proof of birthday (State ID, divers license, or any government issued identification) will be required at checkout along with birthday email confirmation to be eligible for discount.
